Snow is unpredictable. The best chance for snow is from December until mid-February. If you are lucky enough to see snow, be prepared for it. Snow removal is usually prompt on the main Ski Mountain Road, but can take a few days on the side roads, so be ready! Please be advised that Chalet Village Properties is not responsible for the roads through and around Chalet Village. The city of Sevierville and the County are responsible for Ski Mtn Road, Wiley Oakley Drive, Cliff Branch, and any side roads that are connected. These municipalities will do the best job they can depending upon the level of snow and equipment at their disposal. The driveways or parking lots of each individual cabin or chalet are private property which restricts Chalet Village Properties from scraping due to threat of damage to the property.
